Pistachio Tech provides digital services and digital products only. There is no physical shipping. This policy explains how projects and digital products are delivered, how timelines work, and what clients can expect after payment.
Work is delivered digitally through code repositories, staging links, production deployment, documentation, email, download links, license keys, or other agreed communication channels.
Project timelines are estimated in the proposal or statement of work. Timelines may change if the project scope changes, required assets are delayed, or third-party services cause delays.
After completion, we may provide deployment support, handover notes, and access credentials as agreed in the scope. Final delivery is considered complete once the agreed deliverables are shared or deployed.
For digital products, delivery is completed when the customer receives access, a download link, a license key, account activation, or another product-specific delivery method stated on the product page or checkout page.
Any post-launch support, maintenance, or feature work will be handled according to the signed scope, support plan, or separate agreement.
Since Pistachio Tech does not sell physical goods through this website, shipping is not applicable. All services are digital and intangible.
