We provide custom digital services. Each project is defined by a written scope, timeline, and commercial proposal or invoice. The exact deliverables depend on the agreed work order.

3. Products and subscriptions

If we offer a digital product, software license, membership, or subscription, the product page or checkout page will describe the specific features, payment terms, delivery method, refund rules, and cancellation rules for that item. Those product-specific terms apply in addition to these Terms.

4. Quotes and payment

• All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices may require a deposit or milestone payment before work begins.
• Payment methods may include UPI, bank transfer, card, or approved payment gateway methods.
• Late payments may pause work and delay delivery timelines.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information, brand assets, and approvals on time.
• Ensure you have rights to the content, data, and third-party materials you share.
• Review work promptly so timelines are not affected.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-specific final deliverables are transferred after full payment. Pistachio Tech retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, templates, and reusable components used to deliver the work.

7. Third-party services

Some projects may rely on external APIs, hosting providers, app stores, cloud services, or message gateways. Their terms apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those third parties.

8. Prohibited use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use of our website or services.
• No attempts to copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our intellectual property.
• No use of our services for spam, fraud, phishing, or illegal content.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

Our services are provided with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, approvals, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate work if a client breaches these Terms, fails to pay, or uses the services in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by competent courts in Gujarat, India, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
