Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to custom software services, digital products, consulting, and development work offered by Pistachio Tech. It is designed to be clear for customers and payment gateway review.

1. Cancellations before work starts

If a project is cancelled before work begins, we may refund the paid amount after deducting any transaction charges or non-recoverable setup costs, if applicable.

2. Cancellations after work has started

Once discovery, design, development, or configuration work has begun, payments already made are generally non-refundable because time and resources have been allocated. Partial refunds may be considered only at our discretion based on completed work.

3. Digital products and licenses

For digital products, software licenses, or downloadable items, refunds are only available if the product page or checkout page explicitly says so or if required by law. Once access, download, or license delivery is provided, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

If we ever offer recurring services, cancellation will stop future billing, but past charges for completed billing periods remain non-refundable unless required by law or a written agreement.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we can resolve the issue directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may delay support and can lead to service suspension.

7. Refund timeline

Approved refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the payment gateway or banking partner's settlement cycle.
